Trackers by medication
Zepbound Tracker App
Zepbound tracker for iPhone and iPad: Pokii includes Zepbound in its built-in tirzepatide library. Log once-weekly shots with reminders, injection-site rotation, side-effect check-ins, and a projected medication level chart between doses — plus widgets, progress photos, and PDF reports on one timeline.
Pokii does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Zepbound dosing and titration are set by your licensed prescriber — not by an app.
Quick answer
- Once weekly: Interval or weekday schedules, overdue/shot-day banners, Shot Progress widget.
- Built-in Zepbound: Preloaded with compound tirzepatide and custom PK profiles if your pharmacy product differs.
- Titration context: Full dose history beside projected levels (Per Compound groups Zepbound with Mounjaro).
- Side effects: Rated daily check-ins — nausea up to ~29% in label summaries, often worst after dose increases.
- Practical: Injection-site map, pen warm-up timer, meal/water logging, PDF exports for visits.
What Zepbound is — and pivotal trial numbers
Zepbound is Eli Lilly's tirzepatide brand — a once-weekly GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist. FDA-approved for chronic weight management (BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with a weight-related condition) and, since December 2024, moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea in adults with obesity (AHI ≥15), alongside diet and activity.
In SURMOUNT-1, tirzepatide at the highest dose produced 20.9% mean weight loss at 72 weeks (n=2,539) in adults with obesity — the landmark efficacy figure behind Zepbound's weight indication. Individual results vary; this is trial-context data, not a personal forecast.
February 2026 brought a multi-dose KwikPen (four weekly doses per device) — same once-weekly cadence, new pen format.
Dosing and devices, as labeled
Label titration typically starts 2.5 mg once weekly for four weeks (initiation dose, not maintenance), then increases in 2.5 mg steps at least four weeks apart through 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, and up to 15 mg max. Labeled maintenance: 5, 10, or 15 mg for weight management; 10 or 15 mg for OSA with obesity.
Missed dose: administer within four days; if more than four days, skip and resume weekly schedule. Label notes tirzepatide may reduce oral contraceptive absorption — non-oral or barrier backup for four weeks after starting or each dose increase is commonly cited in prescribing information.
Pokii logs each strength change in dose history so titration weeks are visible on the calendar next to side-effect entries.
Side effects — why tracking dose week matters
Commonly reported GI effects in drug references include nausea (up to ~29%), diarrhea (~23%), and vomiting (~13%), often worst when starting or stepping up. Fatigue, injection-site reactions, and reflux are also listed. Zepbound is not recommended for severe gastroparesis per label.
Shot-day banners and check-ins help connect which titration step preceded a rough week — data worth bringing to a prescriber if symptoms persist.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a Zepbound tracker app? Dedicated GLP-1 apps like Pokii track weekly tirzepatide doses, titration, sites, side effects, and projected levels — more than a generic medication alarm.
How is Zepbound different from Mounjaro in Pokii? Same molecule (tirzepatide); different branded indications. Per Compound chart mode groups them for continuity if you switch brands.
Does Pokii work with the Zepbound KwikPen? Yes. Log dose strength and date/time regardless of single-dose pen or multi-dose KwikPen format.
Can Pokii read my Zepbound level from blood work? No. The in-app chart is an educational estimate from published PK parameters — not lab results.
Does Pokii adjust my Zepbound dose? No. Pokii records what you and your clinician prescribed; it does not recommend titration.
