Importing Data from Other Apps or CSV Files

Where do I find the import option?

You can import from Settings → Import.
From there, you can choose to import from a CSV file or from another app that Pokii supports.

⚠️ Important: Importing will erase your current data

When you start an import, Pokii completely wipes your existing data — including all shots, check-ins, and notes.
This ensures your import stays clean and avoids duplicate entries.
It’s usually not an issue since most people import right after installing Pokii, but please note this cannot be undone once you confirm.

Why didn’t my weight import?

Pokii doesn’t import weight entries directly.
Most apps already sync weight to Apple Health, and so does Pokii.
If we imported weight manually, it would duplicate your existing Apple Health data.

How do I make my weight appear in Pokii?

Pokii automatically reads your weight from Apple Health.
If you don’t see your weight in Pokii, it means your previous app wasn’t syncing it.

To fix this:

  1. Open your other app.

  2. Go to its Apple Health settings.

  3. Make sure Weight → Write to Apple Health is turned on.

  4. Once it finishes syncing, your weight will appear automatically in both Apple Health and Pokii.

What data is imported?

Pokii imports:

Weight comes directly from Apple Health.

My app isn’t listed — what can I do?

If your current app isn’t listed but can export your data to a file (like CSV), contact us at hello@pokii.app or through the Help → Contact Support option in Pokii.
We’re actively adding new importers and can build one for your app.
